Delivery & Returns
Delivery
The EPED Swift is currently available on a pre-order basis.
By placing a deposit, you are securing one of the first production units.
Estimated delivery is within 12 weeks from the date your deposit is received.
You will be kept informed throughout the process and notified once your bike is ready for dispatch.
All bikes are delivered fully assembled, road legal, and ready to ride.
Pre-Order & Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your EPED Swift.
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of your deposit within 30 days of placing your order.
After this 30-day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as production and allocation of your bike will have been committed.
Delivery Process
Once your bike is ready:

You will be contacted to confirm delivery

Your bike will be dispatched via a trusted UK courier

You will receive delivery confirmation and updates
Returns (After Delivery)
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your bike.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The bike must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The bike must be in as-new condition
- The bike must have less than three miles on the clock
- The bike must be returned with all original components, accessories, and packaging where possible
## Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the full cost of returning the bike to us.
All returns must be arranged and shipped securely at the customer’s expense.
## Restocking Fee
A £150 restocking fee will apply to all returned bikes.
This will be deducted from the refund amount.

## Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued minus:
- The £150 restocking fee
- Any additional deductions for damage, missing parts, or signs of use beyond reasonable inspection

If a returned bike shows signs of:

Use beyond reasonable inspection

Damage or wear

Missing parts or accessories
- We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned bike has been inspected.
Where all return conditions are met, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds may be reduced where the condition criteria above are not met.
