Four years and six versions went into the Swift. This page is about what that care was for, and who looks after the bike once it's yours.
Comfort and easy access came first.
Plenty of people looked at a bicycle years ago and decided it wasn't for them: too much effort, nothing comfortable to sit on, and nowhere to put the shopping.
So the Swift starts with the rider. You sit upright on a wide seat, with your head up and a clear view of the road, and you step on through a low frame instead of swinging a leg over a crossbar, even in work clothes.

The Swift is built as a moped is built, not as a bicycle with a motor bolted on. The details are there to make owning it simple.
