Charging the battery

Lift the battery out and plug it into an ordinary household socket, at home or at work. The 20.8 Ah battery reaches 80% in about 3 hours. No driveway, wallbox or charging point is needed.

Security

The Swift has an alarm and an immobiliser, and the battery locks into the bike. When you can, take the battery indoors with you. We'd recommend cycle insurance for theft and liability.

Warranty, servicing and parts

Warranty, parts and support come directly from EPED, a UK company based in Southampton. Call or email us with your order details and we'll take it from there.

Where you can ride

On roads, and on cycle lanes and routes where cycling is permitted: the same places as a bicycle. Not on pavements. In Great Britain, for riders aged 14 and over.
